We came to have lunch for mother's day. The rest was empty as they start at 11 am. We were very hungry and ordered paratha thali (Gobi and aloo ) it comes with curd, chole Salad and pickle 😋. We also ordered amritsari kulcha and chana bhatura. Amristsari kulcha has 3 filling potato, panner and mix veg. We ordered mix veg. We loved the food. Everything was tasty and the food was served quick. As it was too hot we ordered masala lemon soda, Hakim's word and Tropical treat. All the drinks were also very good. The service was too good. There was just one girl doing all the running around as they had just opened but she did a good job. Didn't click pictures of food as we were very hungry. But would recommend this restaurant and would love to come and try other dishes too. ~ Sandhya I

I’d highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. I personally have eaten at this place so many times all because of their amazing customer service as well as the tasty food they provide. The owner and the son are usually around and they engage into friendly conversation with the customers and the amazing fact that is they treat everyone as guests and not human form ATMs which explains the great service (just that here guests have to pay for the food 😉😂) The attendant on the counter is also very patient and flexible in taking your orders ( mention about your spice tolerance, need of extra salad and it will all be taken care of ) All in all- Great experiences- Recommending everyone to go atleast once and try ~ Dhaval P

I had the best customer service experience from a restaurant in a very long time. This was my first time trying food from Haveli bistro and the food and service made my day! I ordered delivery via third party and my food was delivered fresh and before time but i was missing one of the items that was not the fault of the staff at all but yet they took ownership and went above and beyond to personally deliver me the missing item and sent me a lil extra gift as well! Jasmeen the store manager managed the situation very well and made sure to address my situation professionally and with empathy! Kudos to the chef, the staff and management! U have made me have faith in great customer service again and honestly the best food in town! Chicken biryani full of flavours, daal makhni and roti were amazing too!! Harpreet Kaur's exceptional service was impressive, catering to our diverse age group with ease and warmth. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Had an amazing dining experience at Haveli Bistro with my brother! The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the Tandoori Paneer Momos and Manchurian with gravy. The spice level was just right. We also enjoyed their special drinks, particularly the Haveli Special Drink and the Mint-based drink (unfortunately, I forgot the name!). Both were refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. But what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Harpreet, our server, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. My friends and I we stopped by here for dinner! They have the best staff around Harpreet kaur was super helpful in deciding what to order and she gave the perfect recommendations. Huge thank you to jasmine she is truly the best definitely consult her for anything you need in and around! My personal favourite was their tandoori non veg platter with chicken/fish cooked soft with the best marination! Their malai kofta was just excellent and creamy. Loved their mughlai chicken it was so tender definitely coming here again. We tried couple or their cocktails and their dessert menu sizzling brownies and their gajar ka halwa is a must try!!! 10/10 for the best staff and food. ~ Aishwarya A

One of the finest Indian restaurants that I have been to so far! Food was so yummy and the best part was the drinks! Never had such awesome drinks at an Indian restaurant and all because of Vansh… he knows what he’s doing and we all trusted him with the drinks part. The highlight of our evening was when the staff surprised us with a birthday dessert for my best friend. It was so sweet and kind gesture and I want the team to know we really appreciated it. I had the pleasure to visit Haveli Bistro for a family function. It was a great choice. A separate entrance and hall was provided to us to maintain privacy. The place was clean, the hall had great lighting, the food was amazing and above all HARPREET was there to make sure the guests have everything available. Harpreet played a very crucial role for the success of this event. Our family and guests were delighted to see her involvement and energy. We were planning to host a get-together for our baby shower. When we talked to the owners of Haveli Bistro, we were very confident that our search had ended. The price was fair, and the hall was provided with a separate entrance. The lighting was great, the furniture was comfortable and the food was great. Everything was taken care of as promised. Above all, Harpreet was there to take care of all of our food. Harpreet was very proactive, friendly, hard-working, and easy to deal with. She was very energetic and always took pride in her work. We recently ordered a party dinner for about 30–40 people, and the food was absolutely amazing—exactly as we had requested. This place has become our go-to for Indian Chinese cuisine, and they continue to impress every time. For the party, we ordered Garden Hakka Noodles (without cilantro) and Dry Veg Manchurian Balls. The restaurant paid close attention to our preferences and delivered them exactly as requested. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a big hit with everyone. Today, i ordered from uber, a veg thali, did not expect they would give me a major quantity with fresh and aromatic food. The guy to whom I talked on phone about my special instructions about food, made sure the food was not too spicy and it was according to my taste. I am thinking if they are so polite on phone call, they will be more punctual and fast on dining also. I have not try there dining ever but after trying there takeout service for sure will go there. The food was properly cooked and fresh. Specially the roti and rice. Appreciate your hard work team, the kitchen staff, the chefs and the person! who talked to me. We hosted a baby Shower event on July 23rd at their party hall, and it was amazing! The best part of the event was the incredible service we received. We highly appreciate the efforts of the managers, JASMINE and NAAZ, who were incredibly helpful throughout. They did everything possible to make our event memorable. Their friendly and accommodating nature, along with their constant smiles and positive attitude, made the experience even better. Indian Haveli Bistro offers an exceptional dining experience, outstanding food and top-notch service. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. There is a girl Mani who greets us well. asking for a food review and suggesting to us what their popular or most selling food is. (as we went there the first time) We have ordered veg lunch thali and Amritsari kulcha. The food was too delicious even the presentation was very nice. As a vegetarian and we have 2 year 2-year-old baby. even he enjoyed the food really well very mild.. Must be a visit for anyone seeking a good meal combo. highly recommended!! ~ kirti s

I had an incredible dining experience at Indian Haveli in Surrey! The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a cozy meal. The menu offered a fantastic selection of authentic Indian dishes, and everything we tried was bursting with flavor. Such an amazing place, the best place to enjoy our every occasion. Despite being a fine dine family restaurant, these guys are able to create such a vibe on every occasion however required, like dj nights, live singing and everything, I feel pity about the people who are criticising the dj nights, they just be some uneducated people who don't understand how social media is working these days, I saw their advertisements more than 4-5 days ago which says that they are going to have a dj night, and how can dj be slow? Today, I ordered, Chilli cheese for take out. Surprisingly Wow, this chili cheese was amazing! The chili had just the right kick of spice without being too overpowering, and the flavor was rich and hearty. The cheese was melted perfectly over the top, making it creamy and delicious in every single bite. I loved how comforting it felt — like the perfect comfort food after a long day. The portion was generous too, which made it even better. Honestly, it’s one of those dishes you can’t stop eating once you start. I had an amazing experience at Haveli Bistro restaurant! I tried the nachos and shahi paneer with naan and everything was absolutely delicious full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were incredibly polite, friendly and professional. A special shout-out to Jasmine, who made the visit even better with her outstanding service. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. First time visiting.Bavneet gave us a nice table and server The food was delicious and service was excellent The atmosphere was good too As we were having dinner there was live entertainment which was also good The server kept checking to make sure everything was good.All the server were good and working hard with smiles We really enjoyed it There was four of us as our two other friends were sick and couldn't make it We will definitely come to this restaurant again and we'll make sure to tell our friends We finished our meals and stayed to enjoy the live band.They did not rush us and made us feel welcome.
